Refund Policy - the basics

At Razzle Dazzle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will ship your replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned do not meet our requirements.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any item(s) in our shop.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit code and the amount available for use. If you have any issues applying store credit to your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method. By making a purchase from Razzle Dazzle, you agree to accept store credit as the sole method of refund.
